Job summary

SOON THONG CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a site engineer to manage on-site electrical and mechanical works, review design M&E drawings, and ensure all materials meet project specifications. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, suppliers, and authorities while supervising M&E activities on site.

Candidates should have a relevant Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, at least 3 years of experience, and proficiency with Microsoft

Qualifications

• Relevant Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in on-site M&E supervision.
• Experience with on-site coordination and quality checks.
• Experience on HDB projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review project specifications and technical clarifications
• Responsible for on-site technical & engineering matters and quality checks
• Perform site supervision and co-ordination of M&E works
• Review design M&E drawings and identify discrepancies between M&E, structural, architectural and client’s provision
• Ensure all materials used and performed are as per specifications
• Preparation of reports as required
• Liaise with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, suppliers and relevant authorities
• Any other duties as assigned
