Job summary

P-Con Management Pte Ltd is seeking a Resident Technical Officer (RTO) M&E to supervise the mechanical and electrical works on our projects in Singapore. You will verify contract drawings, coordinate with design teams and contractors, and ensure compliance with specifications throughout the construction phase.

Candidates must hold an RTO M&E certificate from IES, ensure safety and quality on site, and deliver weekly and monthly progress reports.

Qualifications

• RTO M&E certificate from IES is required.

Responsibilities

• Study contract documents and drawings to identify discrepancies.
• Liaise with contractors for coordination of site works.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and tidiness on site.
• Check that installation methods and materials follow drawings and specs.
• Oversee site works and supervise defects list and rectification.
• Prepare weekly and monthly site inspection and progress reports.
