Job summary

P-CON MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervisor (RTO) to oversee mechanical and electrical works on the project. You will study contract docs, coordinate with contractors and the design team, and ensure works comply with drawings and specifications.

You will supervise installation, witness inspections, manage defect lists, and prepare weekly progress reports while maintaining comprehensive site records.

Qualifications

• Possess RTO M&E certificate from IES.
• Experience coordinating site works with contractors and design teams.
• Ability to supervise installation of M&E works and ensure compliance with drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Study contract documents and drawings to verify discrepancies.
• Coordinate with contractors/sub-contractors for site works and liaise with the design team.
• Supervise the construction of mechanical and electrical works with resident supervisory staff.
• Generate defects list and monitor rectification progress until all defects are rectified.
• Prepare weekly and monthly site inspection and progress reports for the Consultant.
• Maintain records of all site correspondences and inspections.
