Job summary

Gv Tech in Singapore is seeking a qualified M&E RTO to monitor on-site activities, review drawings, and ensure compliance with COP and regulatory requirements. You will coordinate with QP/Employer and highlight any discrepancies.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Electrical Engineering or M&E Coordination Cert with a Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and have 3–5 years of M&E RTO experience, with an IES/ACE-accredited certificate.

Qualifications

• Must have Diploma in Electrical Engineering OR M&E Coordination Cert with Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• MUST HAVE at least 3-5 years of experience as a M&E RTO.
• Possess M&E RTO certificate accredited by IES / ACE.

Responsibilities

• Monitor contractors' daily activity, site progress, schedule and safety on site.
• Carry out administrative works and other duties as required by QP/Employer.
• Review and check all the M&E drawings, specifications, and to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with the approved plans/drawings.
• Must familiar with Singapore code of practice (COP), regulations and statutory requirements.
• Highlight discrepancies, feedback site progress and non-conformances/irregularities to QP/Consultants/Employer.
• Assist in reviewing of contractor's method statements and working procedures and assure contractor followed on site.
• Prepare lists of defects, monitor the progress of rectification works and ensure all the defects are satisfactorily rectified.
• To ensure all the construction works have complied statutory requirements
