Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a competent M&E Site Supervisor to oversee installation works on a project-based assignment.

Current site is at Tanjong Pagar and hours are 8:30am – 5:30pm, five and a half days per week. You will ensure compliance with contract specs, approve shop drawings, coordinate with M&E and main contractors, and monitor progress. The role requires at least five years of relevant experience and a valid IES/ACES M&E RTO registration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant site supervision experience in M&E works for building construction projects.
• Must possess a valid IES/ACES M&E RTO Registration.
• Strong knowledge of M&E installation works and site coordination.
• Able to read and understand M&E drawings, shop drawings and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor M&E installation works to meet contract specs and approved designs.
• Ensure equipment and materials comply with requirements.
• Coordinate with M&E and main contractors to resolve site coordination issues.
• Provide regular progress updates to the Project Director/Project Manager.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure works follow approved methods and good practices.
• Assist in checking shop drawings, catalogues, samples, progress claims and variation orders.
• Witness and monitor testing and commissioning activities and document results.
• Maintain site records: inspection reports, logs, drawings and M&E documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Project Director/Project Manager.
