Job summary

TALENTSIS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced M&E Engineer/Quantity Surveyor to prepare cost estimates, process progress claims, and review BOQs for complex projects.

You will support tendering, contract administration, and project documentation while coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors. Candidates should have 3+ years in M&E or QS, a related degree or diploma, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in M&E engineering or QS
• Degree or Diploma in a related discipline
• Good command of written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates for M&E works.
• Process monthly progress claims and VO claims.
• Prepare and review M&E BOQ.
• Assist with tender preparation, contract admin, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Perform quantity take-offs and measurements using industry-standard software. Including CostX training as needed.
