Job summary

EINC PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites a proactive Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimation, tendering, and contract administration across electrical, lighting, M&E projects.

You will monitor budgets, prepare progress claims, assess variations, and support procurement while ensuring compliance with contracts and schedules.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years QS experience, proficiency in Excel and cost-estimation software, and strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
• 2 to 5 years of QS experience.
• Experience in electrical, lighting, M&E, or construction projects is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and cost estimation software.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Cost estimation, budgets and BQ for projects; source quotations and submit tender proposals.
• Review and administer contracts, purchase orders and subcontract agreements.
• Monitor project costs against budgets; track material, labour, and subcontractor costs.
• Prepare progress claims and certify subcontractor and supplier payments.
• Evaluate variations, prepare quotations and negotiate costs.
• Support procurement to source materials and compare quotations.
• Maintain accurate project cost records and prepare cost reports.
• Coordinate with PMs, engineers, clients and suppliers; attend meetings.
