Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is hiring a qualified Quantity Surveyor to join our project teams in Singapore. You will prepare cost estimates, tender submissions, budgets and progress claims, and monitor costs, revenues and margins.

You should hold a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Engineering or related discipline with 3–5 years of relevant QS experience. Experience in FM, Building Services or M&E projects is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Engineering or related discipline is preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant QS experience is required.
• Experience in Facilities Management, Building Services, or M&E projects is preferred.
• Proficient in tendering, contract administration, cost control and claims management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and QS-related software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, tender submissions, quotations and budgets.
• Review drawings, specifications, contracts and tender documents.
• Monitor project costs, revenue and gross margins.
• Prepare progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations, claims and payments.
• Manage contractual matters, commercial risks and cost recovery.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare commercial reports.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors and project teams.
• Support M&E, FM, A&A, and ad-hoc projects with cost and contract management.
