Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in QS or Building or its equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• General Quantity Surveying duties such as pre/post contract duties, taking-off quantities, cost control, etc
• All M&E works
• Evaluation & certification of contractors claim
• Prepare monthly progress claim and cost analysis reports
