TALENTSIS PTE. LTD. is seeking motivated M&E Quantity Surveyors to join our team on a 3-year contract.

This role suits both experienced professionals and entry level candidates looking to build a career in quantity surveying and cost management within the construction industry. Responsibilities include preparing BOQ, assessing variation orders, supporting VO pricing, handling monthly progress claims and final accounts, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in QS or M&E projects is advantageous.
• Strong BOQ preparation, take-off and cost estimation understanding.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQ.
• Assess VO works for subcontract packages.
• Support measurement and pricing of contract VO claims.
• Process monthly progress claims and final accounts.
• Handle contract administration and maintain project documentation.
• Perform remeasurement for subcontractor payments and final accounts.
• Prepare cost estimates and budgetary assessments.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors and subcontractors on VO matters and progress claims.
• Source and obtain quotations from suppliers.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
