Job summary

Staffhub Group in Singapore is seeking a Diploma-qualified Quantity Surveyor to join our local team. The role covers pre- and post-contract duties, take-off quantities, cost control, and evaluation of contractor claims, with a focus on M&E works.

You will prepare monthly progress claims and cost analyses, collaborate with project teams, and ensure compliance with Singaporean construction standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in QS or Building or its equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
