Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is hiring an Assistant Manager (M&E) for Facilities Development in Singapore. The role focuses on hospital infrastructure and renovation projects, from planning through commissioning.

You will lead M&E coordination, feasibility studies, and tender activities, while managing multiple consultants and contractors in a fast-paced environment. Location is Kent Ridge with office hours, and the salary is up to SGD 7,200 per month.

Qualifications

• Min. 3–5 years of experience in complex A&A projects within operational buildings.
• At least 2 years of healthcare infrastructure or commercial project experience.
• Strong M&E knowledge and project management skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.

Requirements

Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Owner/developer experience is an advantage.
