Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an M&E Coordinator (Healthcare) to lead M&E subcontractors and liaise with consultants on project delivery in Singapore.

The candidate should hold a degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and have at least five years of Singapore-building experience, with healthcare project exposure and hands-on knowledge of AutoCAD and drawing coordination. Working location will vary across sites.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering recognized by PE Board Singapore.
• At least 5 years of Singapore-based project experience in building/construction.
• Experience in healthcare projects preferred; high-rise/HDB experience helpful.
• Hands-on Electrical/Mechanical knowledge; design and build experience an advantage.
• AutoCAD experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report progress to project manager.
• Prepare method statements and resolve drawing discrepancies.
• Plan projects, manage design, material requisition, cost control, and documentation.
• Track RFA, RFI, shop drawings, technical submissions, and procurement status.
• Coordinate with client reps, consultants, and subcontractors on technical matters.
• Ensure MEP drawing management and filing on site.
• Conduct QA/QC inspections and coordinate progress claims/variations.
• Participate in project review, site, and design meetings.
• Lead M&E meetings and resolve technical issues with records.
• Produce M&E drawing coordination and CSD/ service drawings.
• Maintain inspection records and T&C records up to date.
