Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced engineer to manage hospital infrastructure and renovation projects from planning to completion, with a focus on M&E coordination and design development.

The role requires a minimum engineering degree, 2+ years in healthcare or commercial project delivery, and strong communication with stakeholders. Office hours, on-site work at Kent Ridge, Singapore.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in complex A&A (Additions & Alterations) projects within operational buildings.
• At least 2 years of healthcare infrastructure or commercial project experience.
• Strong M&E technical knowledge and project management skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage hospital infrastructure and renovation projects from planning to completion.
• Lead feasibility studies, design development and M&E coordination.
• Prepare tender documents, cost estimates, scopes of work and Bills of Quantities.
• Manage consultants, contractors, project schedules and construction submissions.
• Oversee M&E installation, inspections, testing and commissioning.
• Develop project standards and maintain reports and documentation.
