Job summary

SOLIDTEK M&E PTE LTD is seeking a Project Manager (M&E) to oversee construction projects in the Tuas West Region. In this full-time role, you will coordinate site activities, manage plans, schedules, budgets, and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

You will liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors, track progress, mitigate risks, and report to senior management.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing construction projects in Singapore.
• Background in M&E or building services preferred.
• Hands-on Singapore project experience required.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate and manage construction activities with a focus on management and progress control.
• Manage procurement activities and resource allocation.
• Monitor site progress and resolve issues promptly.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.
• Guide site and office teams for effective project execution.
