Job summary

SOLIDTEK M & E PTE LTD is seeking a Project Manager (M&E) to lead construction projects in the Tuas West region. The role focuses on coordination, progress control, and ensuring delivery on time and within budget, while meeting quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on Singapore project experience in M&E or building services, strong communication, and stakeholder management skills. A tertiary qualification and PMP/PRINCE2 are advantageous but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Singapore work rights with relevant construction experience.
• Experience in M&E or building services.
• Hands-on Singapore project experience required.
• PM certifications an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement overall project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate and manage construction activities with focus on management and progress control.
• Manage procurement activities and resource allocation.
• Monitor site progress and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Act as main contact with clients, consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure clear communication and alignment among stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore regulations and safety standards.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management.
• Lead site and office teams to ensure effective project execution.
