M&E Project Engineer – Site & Coordination (2-Year Contract)

Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. seeks a Project Engineer for a 2-year contract, with renewal potential. You will assist the Site/Project Manager in managing M&E activities, coordinate with clients and teams, and ensure timely project completion. Site visits to Tuas and Tuas West Road area are required.

Requirements include a Mechanical Engineering diploma, relevant M&E construction experience, and familiarity with AutoCAD or BIM. Training on safety and documentation is part of the role.

Qualifications

• Higher NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• BCSS / WSHMCI certification is required.
• Confined Space and Working at Height competencies are advantageous.
• 1–2 years of relevant M&E construction experience.
• Knowledge of M&E systems and installation procedures.
• Familiar with MS Office and design tools (AutoCAD, BIM).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site/Project Manager in managing M&E project activities and site coordination.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Review M&E drawings, specifications and technical submissions.
• Coordinate drawings, material submissions and site technical matters.
• Follow-up M&E installation works and ensure compliance with drawings and method statements.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
• Support testing, commissioning and project handover activities.
• Prepare project documentation, progress reports, RFIs, inspection records and related documents.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and project specifications.
