Job summary

Elitez & Associates is seeking a seasoned M&E Project Manager to oversee all Mechanical & Electrical works on construction projects in Singapore. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and supervising installation, testing, and commissioning activities to ensure quality and adherence to schedules.

You will collaborate with consultants, main contractors, and clients, review drawings and method statements, and manage subcontractors to ensure timely, high-quality completion of works.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Several years of M&E, project management experience.
• Experience coordinating M&E works for building or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems, installation, testing and commissioning.
