Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise installation of air-conditioning, mechanical ventilation, plumbing, and electrical works
• Coordinate M&E activities with other site works for seamless integration
• Supervise contractors and workers to meet timelines and budgets
• Identify and resolve M&E issues to ensure quality and progress
• Liaise with building professionals on M&E matters for compliance
• Plan and supervise office admin tasks with two admin staff
