Job summary

JDA WMS PTE. LTD. invites an experienced M&E Project Manager to lead mechanical and electrical engineering activities on site, ensuring adherence to design specifications, approved drawings, and project timelines.

You will oversee planning, scheduling, coordination and commissioning of M&E works, supervise subcontractors and vendors, liaise with clients and authorities, maintain safety compliance, and deliver regular progress reports to senior management.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in M&E project management across full project lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of M&E services, systems, and construction methods.
• Experience supervising subcontractors and managing vendor relationships.
• Ability to coordinate with architects, engineers, and authorities.
• Excellent reporting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all M&E engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, coordination, and integration of M&E works for timely execution.
• Supervise M&E subcontractors and vendors to meet quality and safety standards.
• Track progress and provide regular status updates to senior management.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors on M&E matters.
• Enforce Safe Work Procedures and safety regulations across all phases.
• Prepare, compile, and submit M&E documentation and progress reports.
