Job summary

Staffking Pte Ltd is seeking a capable M&E Project Coordinator to plan and coordinate M&E works across multiple sites islandwide. You will work closely with clients, consultants and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and adherence to specifications.

Responsibilities include reviewing drawings, conducting site inspections, testing, commissioning, handover, safety briefings and preparing documentation, schedules and cost estimates.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical/Mechanical/M&E or related discipline.
• Good understanding of M&E systems and construction project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate M&E works throughout the project.
• Work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review technical, shop and as-built drawings.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure works meet project specifications and quality standards.
• Support testing, commissioning and handover of M&E systems.
• Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with safety requirements and regulations.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings when required.
• Prepare project documentation, progress reports, claims and technical submissions.
• Assist with project schedules, cost estimates and resource planning.
