Job summary

Staffking Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale M&E construction projects in Singapore. You will plan, schedule and oversee budgets, resources and progress, coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams from start to handover.

The role requires a degree/diploma in engineering or related fields and at least 5 years of Singapore construction/M&E experience with strong building services knowledge. Driving licence is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building, Construction, Architecture or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant Singapore construction / M&E project experience.
• Strong background in M&E construction, electrical works or building services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall planning and execution of large-scale construction and M&E projects.
• Manage project schedules, manpower, resources, budgets and overall project progress.
• Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Review drawings, specifications, contracts and project requirements to ensure works are properly coordinated.
• Oversee M&E, electrical and building services works from installation through testing, commissioning and handover.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates on project status, risks and key issues.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor project costs, progress claims, variations and overall commercial performance.
• Ensure compliance with WSH requirements, project standards and relevant regulations.
• Coordinate authority submissions, inspections, testing, commissioning and handover documentation where required.
• Support tendering and pre-contract activities, including reviewing project requirements and providing technical and commercial input.
