Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in construction or M&E projects.
• Familiar with local authority requirements and Singapore construction regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of BIM/Revit will be an advantage.
• Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a project team.
• Experience in commercial & industrial projects will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

Position: M&E Engineer

• Familiar with local authority requirements and construction regulations in Singapore.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. Knowledge of BIM/Revit will be an advantage.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a project team.
• Possess good organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in commercial & industrial projects will be an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in managing subcontractors and site coordination.
• Familiarity with BCA, MOM, and workplace safety requirements.
• Possession of relevant safety certifications will be an added advantage.
