Job summary

VOIS PTE. LTD. is seeking a project coordinator to manage ACMV projects in Singapore.

You will coordinate resources, break down projects into actionable steps, and liaise with clients to define requirements and scope. You will also assign tasks, manage schedules, and monitor progress while ensuring on-site communication of status. The role requires hands-on AutoCAD proficiency, detail orientation, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years ACMV experience in a similar role.
• Proficient with AutoCAD software.
• Detail-oriented and methodical.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
• Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
• Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
• Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
• Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
• Request for resources (e.g. manpower, equipment & material) for on-site use
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to members on-site
• Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation (includes autocad drawings), plans and reports

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of ACMV working experience in similar role
• Proficient with AutoCAD software
• Attention to detail and methodical approach to work
• Good spoken English
• Ability to work independently without much supervision
• Ability to effectively manage time
