Job summary

EVERISE CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking a capable M&E coordinator with local Singapore experience to oversee all M&E works, align with project timelines, and prepare quotations for tenders. The role involves quantity take-offs, reviewing plans, preparing M&E shop drawings, and coordinating with clients and other construction professionals.

The candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, at least 3 years' experience in Singapore, and be proficient in AutoCAD 2D

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years of related experience in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Local experience in M&E works.
• Coordinate and oversee all M&E works to ensure timely completion, compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements and alignment with the project timeline.
• Able to prepare the quotation with pricing knowledge for tender.
• Preparing the quantity take off for the project and tender.
• Review M&E plans and prepare quantity needs. Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers.
• Preparing M&E shop drawing.
• Vet through the contract documents upon receive the confirmation.
• Preparing the running bills and submission to clients. Preparing the job cost report.
• Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly
• Assist in commercial input including financial and contractual performance forecasts to the managementteam
• Liaise with consultants and other trades to resolve any issues or challenges during the project
• Manage M&E-related project documentation, including progress reports, submittals, and quality checklists
• Site coordination meetings and provide detailed coordination with subcontractors

6. Preferably able to commence within short notice
