Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced M&E Manager to oversee mechanical and electrical systems for healthcare construction projects.

You will ensure smooth project execution, technical compliance and timely delivery across multiple project sites in Singapore. The role requires leading site teams, coordinating with architects/structurals, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant M&E experience in building and construction.
• Healthcare project experience is mandatory.
• Experience working on construction projects in Singapore with knowledge of local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end M&E works, including planning, design, installation and commissioning.
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other building services systems.
• Review M&E drawings and coordinate with architectural and structural teams.
• Lead site teams and subcontractors, resolving technical and operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with BCA, EMA, SCDF and relevant Singapore regulations.
• Supervise testing, commissioning and final project handovers.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors to meet milestones.

Salary: Up to S$9,000 Basic + Mobile Allowance + Variable Bonus + AWS

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (5.5-Day Work Week)

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM




• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced M&E Manager to oversee Mechanical & Electrical systems for healthcare construction projects, ensuring smooth project execution, technical compliance and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end M&E works, including planning, design, installation and commissioning.




• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other building services systems.




• Review M&E drawings and coordinate with architectural and structural teams.




• Lead site teams and subcontractors, resolving technical and operational issues.




• Ensure compliance with BCA, EMA, SCDF and relevant Singapore regulations.




• Supervise testing, commissioning and final project handovers.




• Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure project milestones are met.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services or a related discipline.




• Minimum 8 years of relevant M&E experience in building and construction.




• Healthcare project experience is mandatory.




• Prior experience working on construction projects in Singapore, with strong knowledge of local regulations.




• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and BIM coordination.




• Professional Engineer (PE) registration, Green Mark accreditation or Resident Engineer (RE) accreditation is advantageous.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: Up to S$9,000/month
