Job summary

Staffhub Group in Singapore is seeking a senior M&E installation coordination lead. You will plan and coordinate M&E services on site, supervise consultants and subcontractors, and manage variation works reporting to the HOP/Project Manager.

The role emphasizes quality workmanship and adherence to safety procedures during site tests and inspections, with oversight of submissions from subcontractors. Singapore-based role with onsite responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with minimum 10 years of experience in managing M&E works in construction.

Responsibilities

• Involve in planning and technical co-ordination of M&E services installation work.
• Supervise and liaise with consultants, sub-contractors and site operation team on installation works onsite.
• Manage the variation works from Client/Consultants/Subcontractors and report to HOP/Project Manager.
• Ensure good quality of work throughout the project.
• Review and ensure proper submissions from sub-contractors.
• Adhere to construction procedures and safe work practices and ensure works meet required workmanship standards during tests and inspections.
