Cushman & Wakefield Singapore is seeking a diligent Facilities/Building Services professional to support daily M&E operations and coordinate with clients, tenants, and contractors on A&A/fit-out matters.

You will review reports, estimate costs, respond to emergencies, and lead a small team to resolve issues on-site while ensuring KPI targets are met and preventive maintenance programs are in place.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Building Services/Facilities maintenance or M&E engineering.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in property/estate/facilities management or building/facilities maintenance.
• Knowledge in building works and facilities management.
• Good communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Assist Facilities Manager in daily Building and M&E operations.
• Liaise with Clients/Tenants/Contractors on A&A/Fit-out issues.
• Comment on impacts to M&E and building systems from tenant A&A submissions.
• Inspect business processes (renewals/terminations) and provide cost estimates.
• Submit incident reports related to M&E systems.
• Review contractor proposals for faults or defects.
• Assist on-site surveys and propose solutions for defects or tenant requests.
• Investigate, troubleshoot and analyze breakdowns to prevent recurrence.
• Support customer service in meetings with clients and tenants to close feedback loops.
• Lead the team in resolving technical issues on the ground.
• Call for quotations for high-value items and provide cost estimates.
• Ensure Maintegra cases close within timeframes and report pending cases.
• Develop and monitor preventive maintenance programs for equipment and building systems.
• Respond to emergencies (power outages, equipment failures, fires).
• Monitor closure status of outstanding POs for Building and M&E works.
• Train new team members on Maintegra, Prompt and FEM.
• Collaborate to identify improvement works and achieve KPIs.
• Handle any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
