Job summary

Tong Eng Group is seeking an experienced M&E Executive to oversee building services and ensure operational M&E systems for residential and commercial properties in Singapore.

Candidate should have a Diploma or higher in mechanical/electrical engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience, and a Fire Safety Manager certification is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Must have a Diploma or Higher Nitec in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years experience in management of completed operational commercial & residential buildings.
• Fire Safety Manager certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of M&E building services/equipment.
• Ensure building M&E systems are operational.
• Supervise M&E maintenance and repair works.
• Lead a team of building technicians.
• Work independently as required.
