Job summary

ENGIE Services Singapore seeks an experienced M&E Facilities Supervisor to lead in-house maintenance teams for office buildings and manage M&E contractors. You will plan and supervise regular inspections, quote reviews, preventive and corrective works, and safety briefings.

Applicants should hold a Diploma in Building Services / M&E Engineering or an ITE certificate with substantial hands-on experience, with strong written and verbal communication and a proactive approach to ISO 14000/18000

Qualifications

• Diploma in Building Services / M&E Engineering with at least 2 years of office-building management experience.
• ITE certificate in M&E with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to lead a team of in-house maintenance staff and M&E contractors.
• Familiarity with ISO 18000 and ISO 14000 standards.
• Good written and verbal communication; strong safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of in-house maintenance staff.
• Carry out regular inspection of M&E services and recommend improvements.
• Obtain quotations from M&E contractors and review their scopes.
• Plan preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance works.
• Schedule contractors' servicing/maintenance works.
• Schedule technicians' routine inspections and maintenance works.
• Handle inter-tenancy fitting out works / reinstatements works.
• Conduct safety briefings for all contractors and technicians.
• Update the ISO 14000 & 18000 documentations & assist audits.
• In charge of Quality, Environment, Health & Safety matters.
• Review Risk Assessments & Environment Aspect & Impact Assessments.
• Review SOPs e.g. emergency response procedures.
• Attend tenants' feedback/requests promptly.
• Update M&E drawings.
• Any other duties assigned by the Building Manager.

• Obtain quotations from Mechanical & Electrical (M & E) contractors and review their job scopes and specifications.

Requirements

• Diploma in Building services / M & E Engineering with min 2 years of working experience in managing office building or ITE certificate in M & E course with min 5 years of relevant working experience
• Able to manage & lead a team of in-house maintenance staff and M & E term contractors
• Preferably with good practical knowledge in ISO 18000 and 14000 matters
• Good written & communication skill
• Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour
