Job summary

sggovterp is seeking a Senior Engineer (Mechanical & Electrical) to support operation, maintenance and lifecycle management of M&E systems across CAAS facilities in Singapore. You will contribute to reliability, safety and availability of mission critical infrastructure, while supporting upgrading and replacement works.

Qualifications

• Trained in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline with preferably having least 5 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in design involvement, operation, maintenance and/or project delivery of mechanical and electrical systems in building or infrastructure environments
• Experience with ACMV, fire protection, plumbing, low‑voltage electrical distribution, essential power and UPS systems
• Proficient in the use of AutoCAD and familiar with Building Information Modelling (BIM) for reviewing and coordinating design information
• Self‑motivated, methodical and safety‑conscious with good communication skills

Responsibilities

• Support the operation, maintenance and lifecycle management of mechanical and electrical systems across CAAS facilities
• Be involved in development and takeover of new or upgraded facilities and systems, including commissioning and handover
• Assist in planning, coordination and implementation of improvement, upgrading and lifecycle replacement projects for mechanical and electrical systems
• Ensure maintenance activities and project works comply with statutory requirements, codes of practice and regulatory standards
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, service providers and internal stakeholders on operational, maintenance and project‑related matters
