Job summary

RN Care Pte. Ltd is seeking a mechanical/electrical professional to support on-site M&E coordination in Singapore. You will assist the M&E Manager, coordinate drawings, and conduct QA/QC inspections to ensure on-time completion of works.

You will appraise works and materials for compliance, maintain inspection records, and verify progress payments with subcontractors and vendors. This role requires a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years experience in mechanical and electrical trades with familiarity with local codes/regulations for M&E services and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist M&E Manager in coordinating M&E works on site.
• Coordinate M&E drawings and produce CSD and service drawings; conduct QA/QC inspections.
• Monitor site progress and installation quality per approved shop drawings and submissions to ensure on-time completion.
• Appraise works and products to ensure compliance with specs and requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date site inspection records.
• Check and confirm work done and material supply status for subcontractors and vendors’ progress payments.

• Control site progress and installation quality as per approved Shop Drawings, Technical submissions for on-time completion.
• In charge of appraise works and products to ensure compliance to specifications and requirements.
• Provide and maintain all site inspection records are up to date.
• Check, evaluate and confirm work done and material supply quantity status for the purpose of the subcontractor and vendors progress payments, including instruction of progress substantiation document preparation by subcontractors and vendors

Requirement

• Min Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Min 3 years experience in mechanical and electrical trades with experience in local codes/ regulations pertaining to M&E services, building construction and safety.
