Responsibilities

• Participate in project meetings and propose improvements when necessary
• Evaluate potential problems and technical issues, and develop effective solutions
• Plan and manage team goals, project schedules, and updated project information
• Supervise ongoing projects and coordinate team members to ensure workflow remains on track
• Manage project-related documentation and ensure all necessary materials are updated, properly filed, and stored
• Assist in negotiation of subcontractor packages and preparation of subcontractor/supplier agreement letters
• Coordinate site workflow and resolve site-related issues
• Prepare and review project proposals, memos, meeting minutes, and emails
• Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
• Monitor project expenses and implement cost-saving measures to adhere to budget
• Understand work sequences and project planning strategies
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Strong technical knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems and services.

• Good understanding of local codes, regulations, and statutory requirements relating to M&E services, building construction, and workplace safety.

• Excellent time management skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Alternate Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
