Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking an M&E Engineer for a permanent role at Outram Park, Singapore. The position requires coordinating M&E installation works on-site, supervising multiple teams and coordinating with subcontractors to meet quality and schedule targets.

You will review drawings, interpret specifications, and resolve on-site issues while ensuring safety and project requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC or a related discipline is preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant M&E site management or coordination experience within Singapore's construction industry.
• Good knowledge of M&E installation works, construction methods, site coordination and inspection requirements.
• Able to read and interpret M&E and construction drawings accurately.
• Able to perform basic drafting or drawing amendments using AutoCAD.
• Hands-on experience coordinating M&E installation works with site workers and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of testing, commissioning, inspection and rectification processes for M&E systems.
• Able to identify and resolve M&E technical and site coordination issues effectively.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate site workers and subcontractors, ensuring M&E works meet quality, safety and project schedule requirements.
• Review and interpret M&E drawings, specifications and installation requirements, and resolve technical or site-related issues.
• Coordinate M&E works with subcontractors, consultants, project teams and other relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor work progress, quality and compliance with approved drawings and project requirements.
• Coordinate and support testing, commissioning, inspections and rectification works for M&E systems.
• Prepare material requisition lists and coordinate with the Procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials for site works.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential M&E installation or coordination issues that may affect project timelines.
• Maintain relevant site, inspection and M&E project documentation as required.
• Perform other project-related duties as assigned by the Project Management Team.

• Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm), Saturday (8:30am - 12:30pm)

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $8,000 Monthly Basic Salary + Performance Bonus + Medical Benefits
