Job summary

IGNESIS ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a BIM/CAD drafter specialized in Mechanical & Electrical Services to deliver detailed drawings using AutoCAD and BIM tools across all design stages.

You will develop and maintain coordinated BIM models to LOD 300, and coordinate with Architectural, Structural and other M&E disciplines. The role supports engineers during submissions and construction, ensuring BEP compliance and thorough documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed Mechanical & Electrical Services drawings using AutoCAD and BIM software throughout all stages of design with specialization in Electrical Services.
• Develop and maintain coordinated BIM models to a minimum LOD 300 standard.
• Coordinate drawings and BIM models with Architectural, Structural and other M&E disciplines.
• Assist engineers in preparing coordinated design documentation, Bill of Quantity (BQ) and drawing packages.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve clashes using BIM coordination tools.
• Ensure drawings comply with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), Singapore standards and company drafting standards.
• Maintain drawing registers, BIM libraries and project documentation.
• Support engineers during authority submissions and construction stages where required.
