Job summary

GOLDEN SANDS CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled CAD Drafter to produce detailed Structural (RC, CBP), Architectural, and M&E drawings for submission and construction in Singapore.

You will lead Combined Services Drawings (CSD) coordination, ensuring clash-free integration across disciplines, while working closely with consultants, engineers and internal teams to align drawings with design intent and project specs.

Qualifications

• Proficient in AutoCAD; BIM tools (e.g. Revit) advantageous.
• Experience in multi-disciplinary coordination (Structural, Architectural, M&E).
• Familiar with Singapore codes, authority submission requirements, and construction practices.
• Strong attention to detail with good coordination and documentation skills.
• Able to work independently and manage deadlines in fast-paced environment.
