Job summary

SEN LIN CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-focused drafter to prepare detailed Structural, Architectural, and M&E drawings for submissions and construction in Singapore.

You will lead Combined Services Drawings (CSD) coordination to ensure clash-free integration across disciplines. The role requires strong knowledge of AutoCAD, plus familiarity with BIM tools such as Revit, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced project environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in AutoCAD; BIM tools (e.g. Revit) knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong multidisciplinary coordination across Structural, Architectural, M&E.
• Familiar with Singapore codes, submissions, and construction practices.
• Attention to detail with strong coordination and documentation.

KeyResponsibilities

• Lead the development and coordination of Combined Services Drawings (CSD) to ensure clash-free integration across all disciplines.


• Collaborate closely with consultants, engineers, and internal teams to align drawings with design intent and project specifications.


• Review and verify drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and buildability prior to submission or issuance.


• Ensure compliance with company standards in quality, safety, and environmental requirements.


• Maintain proper document control, including tracking of revisions, submissions, and approvals.

Requirements

• Proficient in AutoCAD; working knowledge of BIM tools (e.g. Revit) is an advantage.


• Good understanding of multi-disciplinary coordination (Structural, Architectural, M&E).


• Familiar with Singapore codes, authority submission requirements, and construction practices.


• Strong attention to detail with good coordination and documentation skills.
