Job summary

EWC PROFESSIONAL HUB PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a detail‑oriented Drafter to develop 3D CAD models and 2D drawings for M&E projects. You will prepare shop drawings, ensure compliance with drawing standards, and update documentation.

Responsibilities include coordinating M&E service drawings, reviewing your work before submissions, and collaborating with the team to resolve issues. A diploma in engineering is required, with proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM tools like Revit.

Qualifications

• Minimum Engineering Diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background.
• Proficient in 2D & 3D AutoCAD and other desirable software (AutoCAD Revit, BIM).
• Familiar with local building codes.
• Familiar with local submission procedures.
• Exposure to ISO / drafting standards.
• Be independent, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and deliver timely.
• Perform as a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Develop 3D CAD models and draw 2D detail design drawings, shop drawings and as-built drawings to relevant drawing standards.
• Coordinate all M&E services drawings related to structural, architectural, landscape and interior design.
• Prepare drawings independently and review own work prior submissions.
• Update and maintain current drawings / documentation.
• Discuss ideas or issues to team verbally and written.
