Job summary

Qualifications

• Certificate in BIM/AutoCAD/Revit required.
• 2 years of BIM M&E drafting experience required.
• 3D model-based process used in construction and engineering to plan, design, build, and manage buildings and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and maintain 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Develop shop drawings, as-built drawings, and construction drawings.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, BIM standards, and authorities’ requirements.
• Update BIM models based on site changes, RFIs, and consultant feedback.
• Generate BIM schedules, quantities, and reports.
• Work closely with engineers, consultants, and site teams.
