Job summary

WINSYS TECHNOLOGY PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a drafting specialist to prepare and revise detailed M&E drawings for projects. You will collaborate with engineers and project teams to ensure accuracy, compliance with standards, and timely delivery of shop drawings and as-built records.

The role requires at least 2 years of drafting experience, proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D) and Microsoft Office. You will contribute to a shared services library and coordinate with internal teams to reflect

Qualifications

2+ years of experience drafting M&E systems and services
Proficiency in AutoCAD for M&E drawings in 2D and 3D
Proficiency in Microsoft software applications
Higher Nitec in Integrated Mechanical & Electrical Design or equivalent

Responsibilities

Prepare construction shop and as-built drawings to support project execution
Create and maintain a comprehensive services library for reference and standardization
Develop detailed mechanical design drawings aligned with project specifications
Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to clarify and incorporate design requirements
Revise and update drawings based on engineers’ instructions and site conditions
Conduct site checks to verify drawing dimensions against real-world conditions
Coordinate drafting activities to meet project timelines
Document, update and maintain all drawings per project revision controls
