D-TEAM ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking experienced design engineers in Singapore with strong ACMV knowledge and high proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit BIM. The role focuses on producing detailed M&E drawings, coordinating across disciplines, and maintaining BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience with ACMV systems and building services.
• Proficient in interpreting and producing M&E drawings.
• Strong BIM workflow and CAD software skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare M&E shop drawings and as-built drawings for ACMV systems.
• Develop coordination drawings integrating multidisciplinary inputs.
• Maintain drawings through project lifecycle with design changes.
• Manage project models, families, templates, and schedules in BIM.
• Participate in BIM Coordination Meetings and provide feedback.
• Apply drafting quality standards and continuous improvement.
