We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client, for the position of M&E Coordinator / Supervisor (Plumbing) in Singapore.

We are seeking experienced professionals with strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical coordination, particularly plumbing installation and site supervision. The successful candidate will coordinate site activities, supervise plumbing works, monitor quality, and support timely project execution.

Candidates must have substantial experience supervising M&E plumbing works and be able to work 12-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily plumbing installation and M&E activities at construction project sites.

Coordinate plumbing works with mechanical, electrical, civil, and other site teams.

Review plumbing drawings, installation layouts, and technical specifications.

Monitor the installation of water supply, drainage, sanitary, and associated plumbing systems.

Inspect workmanship and ensure installation quality meets approved project requirements.

Coordinate subcontractors, plumbers, technicians, and material availability.

Monitor project schedules, site progress, and completion of assigned works.

Ensure site safety procedures and applicable Singapore construction requirements are followed.
