Job summary

YONG LEE PLUMBING&SANITARY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced engineer to manage and coordinate M&E and P&S works on site, supervising installation, integration, and commissioning in your area of expertise.

You will liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution, review technical drawings and method statements, and ensure all work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and project specs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Engineering Consultancy.
• Solid understanding in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Sanitary.
• Ability to manage project timelines and coordinate with site teams.
• Familiar with local codes, standards and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate M&E, P&S-related works on site.
• Supervise installation, integration, and commissioning works.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review technical drawings, method statements, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Ensure all works comply with safety regulations and local authority requirements.

Education

Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering, or equivalent
