Job summary

A N S Plumbing & Sanitary Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Plumbing Supervisor to lead and manage site operations for commercial, industrial, and residential projects in Singapore. You will oversee site teams and ensure installations comply with PUB regulations while coordinating closely with Main Contractors and RTOs.

You will review M&E drawings, prepare PTW/WMS/RA, and manage material, testing, and safety compliance on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• At least 4 to 5 years of hands-on supervisory experience in plumbing and sanitary works within Singapore.
• Possess mandatory safety certificates (e.g., BCSS / Supervise Construction Work for WSH).
• Bonus: Certificates in Confined Space Supervision or Lifting Operations are highly advantageous.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction and plumbing drawings.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage site workers and manage client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate a team of plumbers and general workers on-site to ensure project milestones are met safely and on schedule.
• Liaise with Main Contractors, RTOs, and consultants for daily site operations, coordination meetings, and inspection clearances.
• Review and interpret M&E drawings, sanitary layouts, and schematic diagrams to ensure accurate site execution.
• Prepare and apply for Permits-to-Work (PTW), Work Method Statements (WMS), and Risk Assessments (RA).
• Oversee site material indenting, inventory control, and logistical planning to prevent project delays.
• Conduct and document testing procedures for RTO endorsement.
• Ensure all site works comply strictly with PUB regulations, COPSSW, and WSH safety standards.
