Job summary

Persol Singapore PTE LTD is seeking a capable M&E professional to oversee mechanical and electrical services on office building projects. You will supervise on-site works, coordinate with multiple departments and subcontractors, and help maintain project schedules.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Electronics, with at least 3 years’ experience, including A&A projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Electronics.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with A&A projects for office buildings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising and coordinating M&E services and ensure project timelines.
• Maintain thorough project documentation.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors and consultants for submissions and progress.
• Attend progress meetings and site visits as required.
• Ensure compliance with standards, codes, and safety regulations.
• Support overall project planning and scheduling for M&E works.
• Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned.
