Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an M&E Coordinator to support ongoing projects in Singapore. You will coordinate M&E works, liaise with contractors and site teams, and review technical submissions and drawings.

The role requires a diploma or degree in mechanical or electrical engineering and at least 1 year of M&E experience. Familiarity with ACMV, electrical, or P&S systems is preferred and coordination across teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires diploma/degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of M&E experience.
• Experience with ACMV, electrical, or plumbing & sanitary (P&S) is preferred.
• Familiar with M&E drawings, technical submissions and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate M&E works and provide technical support for ongoing projects.
• Liaise with Main Contractors, consultants, suppliers and site teams on project matters.
• Review M&E drawings, specifications and technical submissions.
• Prepare and review shop drawings, material submissions and other project documentation.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate installation, testing and commissioning works.
• Assist in resolving technical and coordination issues throughout the project.
• Attend project meetings and follow up on project requirements.
