Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years local experience with main contractor in commercial and institutional projects.
• Ability to communicate with consultants and contractors on technical matters.
• Knowledge of local codes of practice.
• Experience in making shop drawings.
• Experience managing A&A projects independently.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.
• Understand AutoCAD and CAD measurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site electrical and mechanical activities for building projects.
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors on technical matters.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Prepare shop drawings and CAD measurements.
• Oversee electrical installations and commissioning.
• Ensure safety and compliance with local codes.
• Budgeting, estimation, and procurement of electrical components.
• Plan daily site activities and coordinate with site foreman.
• Attend progress meetings and report monthly progress.
