Job summary

EDIV Engineering & Trading PTE LTD is seeking a capable M&E coordination professional to oversee mechanical and electrical works on site in Singapore. You will coordinate drawings for approval, monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards, codes and contracts.

The role involves liaising with architectural coordinators and design engineers to issue drawings for approval. Applicants should be prepared to manage time, budget, and quality at project sites.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage M&E works.
• Ensure all M&E works are performed on time, within budget and in compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations
• Responsible for the supervision and coordination of M&E works at project site
• Understand Main Contract /Subcontract requirement
• Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance.
• To coordinate M&E wall/floor penetration drawings for approval.
• Prepare M&E coordination drawings and liaise with Architectural Coordinators and Design Engineers to issue drawing for approval.
