Job summary

The role requires a diploma/degree in mechanical or electrical engineering with at least 3 years of site experience, plus proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM software, and MS Office. Independent work and composure under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have diploma/degree in mechanical/electrical engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant site experience.
• Able to read and interpret project specifications and drawings.
• Familiar with Singapore Building Code practices.
• Knowledge of BCA Green Mark requirements is advantageous.
• Familiar with local service providers.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM software and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Execute projects and ensure site works align with schedules.
• Attend and contribute to site meetings.
• Organise, lead and coordinate the site team to meet deadlines.
• Prepare project papers including schedules and risk assessments.
• Support tender exercises, provide input and assist in bill of quantities.
• Prepare monthly progress claims for submission.
• Handle ad hoc projects as required.
• 5.5 days work week.
