Job summary

Evergreen Engineering & Construction Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a qualified M&E site lead to plan and coordinate mechanical and electrical works on major projects. You will supervise M&E sub-contractors, ensure works meet drawings and specifications, and report progress to management.

The role requires liaising with clients and M&E consultants to resolve technical issues, manage inspections and submissions, and ensure on-site activities stay on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the planning, scheduling, controlling, and coordinating of mechanical and electrical works
• Monitor, track, and provide timely project progress reports to the management
• To supervise and control M&E sub-contractors to carry out their works accurately and timely and to ensure that works on site are carried out according to specifications/drawing
• Liaise and hold meetings with clients and M&E consultants on technical resolution, inspection & submission
